Why London Metropolitan University Lost its Licence

Share

The licence of London Metropolitan Univerisity was recently withdrwan by UK Border Agency. The matter has been accepted for a judicial review by a British High Court. Though London Met failed in the attempt to secure an injunction, the High Court allowed the school to continue to teach ongoing foreign students until the matter was resolved.

Both UKBA and London Met seem to be happy with the ruling as things seem to have been brought back to square one. All foreign students already in the Uni who do not want to change to another University are allowed to continue their studies at Londonmet unhindered in so far as their immigration papers are up to date.

However do you really know or unnderstand why the Univeristy’s licence was withdrwan in the first place.
